What You'll Do

Customer Communication

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers
• Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently
• Meet quality and productivity KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards
• Stay updated on processes, products, and destinations through our internal tools Continuously develop your skills and identify areas for improvement
• Adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, social media)
• Collaborate with other departments on special projects Show flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and missions

What We're Looking For

Trilingual proficiency: French, English, and Dutch Minimum

• 1 year experience in a similar customer service role Secondary education diploma (Tourism & Hospitality qualification preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication abilities
• Knowledge of remote customer service best practices Understanding of tourism industry (destinations, products, tour operators) Team player mentality
• Proficiency in MS Office and internal information systems Adaptability to change Ready to Join Us?
