Toll Brothers , America’s leading builder of luxury homes seeks a Senior Architectural CAD Technician for our office located in Orlando, Florida. What is the opportunity? Highly skilled production drafting role working as part of a team developing/maintaining construction documents and permit sets. Capable of working independently on complex assignments as needed. What are the primary responsibilities?

Production Able to take direction Complex drafting conditions

• Adhere to project workflow criteria
• Follow established standards and development procedures Preparation of permit construction documents Complex revisions to completed models Preparation of files to be used by other stakeholders Collaboration Opportunities to collaborate with other Architectural stacks
• Engage and interact with all team members by sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best practices

Required Education – Associate Degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification Required Software –AutoCAD, Excel, Word Architectural knowledge required

• 3+ years previous related experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Work in office 3-days per week.

Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.

Preferred
