Job description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and maintain relationships with government authorities, communities, and key stakeholders to strengthen corporate reputation and trust.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, address concerns, and facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Oversee the appropriate utilization and maintenance of company land and properties, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and business requirements.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring accurate expense tracking, financial compliance, and effective budget control.
• Plan and coordinate corporate functions, official ceremonies, and stakeholder events in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Ensure effective execution of ceremonial activities, including coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Law, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Strong stakeholder relationship management, public relations, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of business operations, refinery activities, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the flexibility to support events and stakeholder activities outside regular working hours.
