ASSEMBLY\- CELL MACHINE OPERATOR FLSA Status: ☒ NON\-EXEMPT ☐ EXEMPT Grade: 7 Job Code: L7010D Division: ☒ P&M UNIT ☐ TOP UNIT Department: 78 Date: 06/22/2018 JOB SCOPE:

• Perform operations within a continuous flow value stream\. Utilize equipment necessary to perform the operations required to complete basic machining and assembly of cylinders\. Utilize blueprints, processes, bill of materials, and measuring equipment to complete assigned tasks\.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner\.
• Perform assigned work to specify quality and production standards\.
• Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual in a clean condition\.
• Perform assigned cleaning required to maintain individual's immediate work area in a clean condition\.
• Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification\.
• Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification\.
• Operate related equipment to produce product within specified Company processes and procedures\.
• To communicate on a timely basis to all relevant personnel any issues found during the daily processing of product and identify opportunities for continuous improvement\.
• Ensure that information is transferred between shifts and team members as required to maintain continuity\.
• Record keeping as required \(Router, Test Log, etc\.\)\.
• Work with others across payrolls, functions, and shifts to solve problems\.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
