Responsibilities

• Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies\.
• Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E\-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations\.
• Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows\.
• Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues\.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly\.
• Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features\.
• Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing\.
• Other duties as assigned\.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required\.

Years of Experience

• 0\-2 years of experience required; Internship in Salesforce field preferred\.

Software Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration required; Microsoft Office Suite required; and Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred

AI Readiness

Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI\-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards\.
