• Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes to support one or more of the areas on our Total Rewards team \(compensation and analytics, benefits, HR operations and compliance\) in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Textron Systems and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions
• Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Use data to make informed decisions

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs\. The pay range should be used as a general guide only\. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations\. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $72,000 \- $72,000 per year\.
