Engineering Program Manager

Texas Instruments is seeking an Engineering Program Manager who will manage a team of program managers, who are in turn responsible for leading cross-functional development projects within an organization. The manager is responsible for the organization's capability to simultaneously execute multiple complex, cross-functional engineering projects, and to enhance product development success rate (on budget and within schedule).

In this role you may represent the company with customers on technical matters. This job has people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

Minimum education (ie bachelor's degree in electrical engineering) Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
