WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

Support the delivery of Own Brand marketing activities across Central Europe. Help develop and execute the CE Customer Calendar and key campaigns. Create customer-focused marketing plans aligned with business priorities. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners. Analyse customer, market and competitor insights to identify opportunities. Support proposition development and brand growth initiatives. Support Own Brand product packaging development and category growth initiatives across Central Europe Assist with campaign briefing, execution and performance evaluation.

Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for stakeholders. Independently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of activities. Support budget administration and compliance with internal processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, FMCG or Retail. Advanced English (minimum C1). Strong customer focus and commercial awareness. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating campaigns or marketing projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. HOW WILL WE MAKE YOU HAPPY?
