Summary of the Role Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing business strategy for Infusion pump and Diabetes business (including IV set)

• Establish and execute business strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectives
• Plan and implement new business (products) launch i.e. adhesion barrier, diabetes monitoring system
• Communicate closely with regional and global marketing teams to align with their global direction
• Lead and support sales team with value based marketing activities
• Work at the field to sense customers various needs, challenges of dealers, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

CSFs: Insight on relevant market and capability to grab market opportunity. Demonstrated problem solving and project management skill Communication skills with domestic and regional stakeholders Business development experience preferred Broad knowledge of the relevant industry's dealer network

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; master ‘s preferred About
• 10 years of sales/marketing experience with at least
