Position Highlights Specialty

General Anesthesiology with Level II Trauma and Regional Anesthesia Practice model: W-2 employment with an MD-led Care Team Model Support staff: CRNAs and Anesthesia Assistants; you will spend approximately 30% of your time on your own cases Night Float system enables significant, predictable time off Defined scope: No chronic pain management, cardiac anesthesia, office-based anesthesiology, or acute pain service Facility: 218-bed hospital with 8 ORs, 4 endoscopy rooms, 24-bed ICU, Level III NICU, and a 38-bed ED pursuing Level II Trauma Center designation Setting: Growing Far East El Paso campus with $20M in recent facility expansions
