CMG handles the business side so you can focus on surgery, with billing, credentialing, HR, and practice management all managed in-house. Balanced weekly schedule: 1–2 days in clinic, 3–4 days in OR and inpatient rounding Weekday and weekend call coverage Access to a hybrid OR and a newly built dedicated vascular surgery OR Dedicated clinical support team: practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler Robust referral base from integrated cardiology, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists
