Closing Date 28 October 2026 Title Manager, Treasury Reporting To Head, Finance Mission (Sources of Values)

• Ensure timely and efficient settlement of payments to generators, fuel suppliers and vendors as per the agreements​ Ensure financial sustainability of Single Buyer and efficiency in cashflow management​ Ensure timely and efficient recovery of additional cost of generation via the ICPT mechanism Accountability & Responsibility Manage Account Payables to ensure timely payments Manage Account Receivables to ensure all receivables are captured properly​ Monitor and manage payroll, staff claims processing and dividend payout to shareholders​ Assist in cashflow planning and management on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis (which include payments to generators, fuel suppliers, vendors and staffs and revenues related to IBR and non-IBR as well receivables from generators and cross-border initiatives)​ Manage banking matters (including bank reconciliation, banking facility and short-term placement) and foster good networking with banks
• Maintain sanction list for payments related to foreign countries​ Assist in managing effective debt and liquidity management (borrowings and interest on borrowings) KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience Requirements Minimum
• 5 years working experience with minimum
• 3 years in SB Networking & Relations Relevant TNB Divisions and Departments and Single Buyer Units Relevant banks and financial advisors​
