YOUR MAIN TASKS

Own and manage Quality KPI reporting and analytics across multiple business functions. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP, databases, and other enterprise systems using SQL. Provide actionable insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making. Partner with stakeholders across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple systems and reporting platforms. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related business analytics role. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills, with experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; Experience in and Power BI, with a proven track record of designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and reports.

Some SQL experience and database management experience Experience working with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or other operational KPI environments, translating data into actionable business insights. Hands-on experience with SAP data and processes, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. #jobsEMEAEG
