Your daily tasks

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic plant projects from concept through implementation and stabilization
• Drive initiatives related to process improvement, productivity, capacity expansion, and cost optimization
• Apply process engineering expertise to design, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes and layouts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases
• Communicate project status, risks, and results effectively to plant and senior leadership Your ideal background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial project management
• Proven track record of delivering complex, plant-level projects
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and material flow
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence tools
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
