EH&S ANALYST (with Machine Safety focus)

Job Overview

Ensuring and monitoring safety in the workplace including the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with established company, environmental and government regulations. Tasks and Responsibilities Performing occupational health and safety risk assessments on dedicated departments, participation in planning and implementing risk mitigation measures

Participation in EHS inspections and incident investigations, checking obligatory Health and Safety items Active support of EH&S management systems according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Facilitate EHS trainings regularly (in rotation with other EHS colleagues) Evaluation of changes in the layout plans, machinery and manufacturing processes and technologies Taking part in internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections (Including inspection of EHS-related contractors working onsite)

Cooperation with regional subject matter experts and managers Participation in the regional EHS audit program Ideal Background Finished Occupational Health and Safety Technician or higher degree Intermediate communication level in English is welcome A few years of experience in EHS field in manufacturing environment Background specifically focused in Workplace Safety would be a great advantage

Confident user skills of MS Office Ideal soft skills Strong communication and influencing abilities Keen observational skills with a solid foundation in auditing Self-determined attitude, good problem-solving skills Dedicated to continuous improvement and personal growth High level of autonomy
