Job Overview

Manages the day-to-day operations and long term planning for manufacturing functions, including manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, purchasing and shipping/receiving activities.

Job Requirements

Leading staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team. Driving the execution of operations activities, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively. Defining departmental goals; coordinating strategies, communications, and joint initiatives for multiple and distributed facilities.

Accountable for overall operations performance and implementing production, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
