• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and best practices
• Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance across all projects
• Create and update project management policies and procedures

• Monitor project performance upon strategic objectives
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes
• Facilitate PAC (Project Approval Committee) for project approval processes 15% Process Improvement
• Analyze current project management processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Implement standardized tools and systems for project management & tracking
• Lead change management initiatives related to project management practices 10% Training & Support
• Provide training and mentoring to project managers and team members
• Support project managers with tools, techniques, and guidance 5% Digital Strategy & Vision
• Develop and execute digital engineering transformation roadmap
• Lead adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, cloud computing, digital twins)
• Drive innovation through digital experimentation and proof-of-concept 10% Technology Implementation
