You are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

TE Connectivity is seeking a qualified Product Manager. In this role, you will conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies and articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

岗位职责与任职要求 Role Summary

• Lead the analysis of daily managerial situations impacting the assigned product lines.
• Own the full P&L for Cable Assembly and Value add in NA and SA region.
• Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc.
• Research products and markets to maintain competitive intelligence.
• Gather product-related customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure products are released on time and per customer requirements.
• Maintain industry, technical, application knowledge and other skills to increase personal effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel – customer visits, association presentations, field training, etc.
