Job Summary
The TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program is a 26-month accelerated development program for high-caliber early-career talent with the potential to become future leaders across Operations and Engineering. You will work directly with production teams, learn how manufacturing decisions affect business performance, and take ownership of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people priorities with support and coaching from experienced Operations leaders.
This is not an observation-based program. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, use data to solve real business problems, and contribute measurable results.
