- Preparation of Annual Business Plan. Production of Ferro Chrome to the desired quantity and quality as specified by the customer.
- Primary sizing of Ferro chrome and Transport those materials for further processing at Secondary Yard.
- Blending of raw material for desired output as per the customer requirement.
- Compliance to the statutory & legal requirements including Tata Steel Safety standards.
- Drive improvement initiatives in Department and Develop people by imparting training through TNI.
- Develop contract for outsourcing jobs and finalisation of the same through techno commercial negotiations along with Procurement Team. Execution and monitoring and certification of bills contract jobs
- Initiate proposals for Minor and Major Capital schemes along with Project Planning Team and execution of the same after approval. Monitoring progress of the project and organise review meetings 4 to 6 years of Experience on process plant operation.
Preferably Metallurgy having Ferro Chrome Experience
