JOB DESCRIPTION

Demonstrated expertise in virtualisation and containerisation technologies (e.g., Azure Container Apps, Docker, Kubernetes). Proven experience supporting global hosting operations and implementing infrastructure solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain core infrastructure platforms, including Windows Server OS, VMware, Veeam backup. Knowledge of cloud networking and security principles, including Azure services and Zero Trust Architectures.

Strong communication and documentation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Familiarity with tools such as Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), SCOM, SolarWinds, and Citrix Cloud. Experience working with hybrid cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code. Exposure to RedHat Linux, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Certificate Management (PKI), AWS Route 53 and Office 365. Understanding of SD-WAN, LAN/WIFI, and video conferencing technologies.
