- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance and availability.
- Monitor App batch jobs (TWS & ContrlM) and take remedial action
- Respond to alerts and incidents, following established protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in regular training and development activities.
