Core Experience

8–12+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture. 5+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / F&O). Proven experience delivering large‑scale Dynamics implementations , preferably in onsite or consulting environments.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, security models, and performance tuning.

Professional Skills

Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences. Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional onsite teams. Education & Certifications (Preferred) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
