Desired Experience

Range 6-8 years 5 Location of Requirement Sydney, Australia Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Minimum 4 – 5 End-End-To Implementations in EC and Compensation
• Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Central certification
• Should have SAP SuccessFactors Compenstion and Variable Pay certification
• Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP.
• Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
• Experience in Compensation Route maps/Approval process and step types for Comp, Variable pay and combined templates.
• Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Compensation statement, Rewards and Recognition
• Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
• Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
• Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and other systems and integration center.
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge in intelligent Services
• Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
• Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
• SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes 2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization 3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. 4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors 5 Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks.
