Onos Workforce Management

Job description

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Onos Workforce Management (WFM) platform. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications . Configure and customize workforce scheduling, forecasting, and time management modules . Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems, payroll, ERP, and third-party applications . Build and optimize APIs, interfaces, and data pipelines for seamless data flow.

Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and performance tuning . Support data migration, validation, and system reconciliation activities . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents . Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end WFM solutions . Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user guides . Participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities.
