Role Overview

IT Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing high-volume hiring, leading recruitment teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and achievement of hiring targets.
• Drive recruitment strategy execution for bulk, lateral, and corporate function hiring across IT and technology roles.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and process excellence.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex hiring challenges.
• Provide strategic hiring insights and workforce planning support.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hire.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Process & Metrics Management
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs and metrics.
• Leverage data insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of best practices.
• Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor practices.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in HRO services or talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a team management role.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume IT and corporate hiring across India.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling escalations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in scaling recruitment operations.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment technologies.
