Project Coordinator

The Vendor will provide a qualified Project Coordinator to deliver services across four primary pillars:

Site Coordination & Space Management

• ○ Act as the primary point of contact for site coordination and logistics at the IN-BLR-ANANTA office for G1 ○ Organize, schedule, and manage logistics for high-profile leadership visitor meetings. ○ Coordinate site-wide schedules for major events to prevent resource conflicts. ○ Serve as the Space Captain, collaborating closely with the REWS team to optimize seat allocation and space management.

Community Building & Culture

• ○ Design, plan, and execute Culture Club events, including team offsites, regular bi-weekly engagement activities, and year-end celebrations. ○ End-to-end organization of BLR All-Team events for G1 ○ Content gathering, and distribution of the regular BLR Newsletter.

Program & Initiative Coordination

• ○ Coordinate Individual Contributor (IC) development and mentorship initiatives. ○ Drive logistics and execution for the upcoming Intern Tech Fair. ○ Organize and manage the AI Reset Week events and weekly unconference sessions. ○ Provide end-to-end operational and coordination support for local Hackathons. </p
