ServiceNow ITAM Developer Experience: 4+ years Location: Pan India

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB, Discovery, and integrations , with the ability to automate asset lifecycle processes and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions including HAM and SAM. Configure and customize asset lifecycle workflows, catalog items, and automation processes. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows. Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management modules. Integrate ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Tanium, and other asset management tools.

Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations. Support software license compliance, audit readiness, and asset governance initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Follow ServiceNow development best practices and support platform upgrades.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) , including HAM and SAM. Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and third-party integrations. Understanding of ITIL processes and Asset Lifecycle Management.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM and/or SAM. Experience with ITOM modules and CMDB governance. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Snow, or Tanium. Knowledge of Software Asset Management licensing models and compliance reporting. Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
