Job Description – Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant / Developer (5+ Years)

Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant / Developer Experience: 5+ Years Locations: Chennai | Bangalore Employment Type: Full‑time

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements. Configure and support core HCM modules based on business requirements. Perform functional setups including workforce structures, security, approvals, and workflows . Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configurations, and test scenarios. Support data conversion, integrations, and report development. Handle production support , issue analysis, and root cause resolution.

Participate in testing cycles

Unit Testing, SIT, UAT , and Deployment support. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom reports. Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM .

Strong hands-on experience with one or more modules

Core HR Absence Management Payroll OTL (Time & Labor)

Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. Willingness to support flexible hours during critical phases.
