Desired Experience

Range: 5 years to 14 Years Location of Requirement: Hyderabad Must-Have : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)

• Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
• Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.

Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc Experience in HCM Fusion Core HR, OLC, ORC, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefit and compensation modules.
