TCS Inviting Applications For The Role

Azure Data Engineer Exp:5-10yrs Location: Hyderabad 5–8 years of experience as an Azure Data Engineer (or Data Engineer working primarily on Azure). Hands-on experience building batch/streaming data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks. Strong PySpark/Spark fundamentals (transformations, joins, partitioning, caching) with performance tuning experience. Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data engineering and automation.

Experience with Delta Lake (Delta tables, ACID, OPTIMIZE/Z-ORDER, schema evolution). Experience with ADLS Gen2 storage patterns, file formats (Parquet/Delta), and data lake concepts.

Operational experience

job scheduling, pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident/root-cause analysis. Familiarity with CI/CD for data workloads (e.g., Azure DevOps) and source control (Git).

Working knowledge of Azure security basics

Key Vault, Managed Identity, RBAC.
