Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues. Implement integrations with monitoring and infrastructure tools. Ensure CMDB data accuracy, governance, and best practices. Create workflows, business rules, scripts, and automation solutions within ServiceNow. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
