• Process Associate/SME Skill: Finance and Accounting,FP&A Experience: 4 years to 8 years Job Location: Hydrabad Shift-Night Shift Education: Minimum
• 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.

Must Have Skills

FP&A Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial & Variance Analysis, Data Management, ORACLE ERP Advance MS Excel, Hyperion, Power BI Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting Strategic Insight & Business Partnering Oracle ERP System & Data Management Good-to-Have Skills:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.

Experience

• 4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience.

ERP & Systems Expertise

• Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP and planning platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View) is required.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Tools
