What we are looking for Role

Nice CXOne - Develope Experience Range: 8 – 12 Years Location: PAN INDIA Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs, scripting).
• Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows and routing logic.
• Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET). Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).

Good Have

• The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications
• Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).
• Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
• Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.
• Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems. <br /
