Skills & Expertise: INFRASTRUCTURE DOMAINS Data Centre, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Hybrid Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Network & SD-WAN, Storage & Backup, SDDC / VMware PRESALES CAPABILITIES RFP / RFI Response, Solution Architecture, TCO / ROI Modelling, Executive Presentations. Proof of Concept, Contract Negotiations MANAGED SERVICES & OPERATIONS ITIL / ITSM, AIOps, SLA, Observability, Automation SOFT SKILLS & LEADERSHIP C-Level Engagement, Storytelling, Team Leadership, Deal Coaching, Consultative Selling Qualifications 12–15 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 6–8 years in infrastructure presales or solutions consulting role.

Proven track record of winning large-scale infrastructure deals (USD 25M+ TCV) in a global services environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Relevant certifications

AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, TOGAF, ITIL Expert, VCP, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and navigate complex client organisations . Experience working in BFSI, Retail, Energy and Utilities verticals is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and pursuits .
