Range: 5 years to 14 Years Location of Requirement: Bangalore Must-Have :

• Administer and manage the Box platform (user provisioning, roles, permissions, folders, metadata)
• Configure security, compliance, retention, and governance policies
• Support document lifecycle management and collaboration use‑cases Integrate Box with enterprise systems (SSO, IAM, ECM, Salesforce, Office 365, custom apps)
• Develop and maintain Box APIs, workflows, and automations (where applicable)
• Monitor platform usage, performance, and security events
• Handle issue resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and user support
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
• Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
