Job description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have ·Must have 12-15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services with a proven track record of handling big IT Infrastructure environment.

• Good knowledge and experience of Datacenter services, EUC or Service Desk
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience in transition management with proven record of transition services from incumbent
• Handle team of more than 100 plus associate
• Customer Management
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in IT Infra domain.
• Good experience in Project Management. Drive independently at least one transformation project.
• Good understanding of Project finance. Track revenue and cost.

Good-to-Have

• Understanding of customer SLA and KPI
• Understanding of business domain like Travel, Transport and logistics
