About the Job Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives
• Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Program & Delivery Management:
• Own end to end delivery of complex, multi stream programs across the construction supply chain lifecycle
• Drive planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking
• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs
• Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership:

Apply strong domain knowledge across

• Procurement & sourcing
• Logistics, warehousing, and inventory
• Supplier and subcontractor management
• Cost controls and schedule impacts
• Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement:
• Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors
• Present program status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and confidently
• Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines

Influence without authority across matrixed global teams Qualifications

• 13+ years of overall experience in program/project management or technology delivery
• 2+ years leading teams of Technical PMs
• Proven experience delivering programs in one or more of the following domains: Construction, Engineering, or Supply chain domains
• Strong background managing complex, cross system, enterprise scale initiatives Domain Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints
• Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, logistics platforms tools
• Familiarity with how supply chain disruptions impact construction schedules and costs Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
• Excellent problem solving, risk management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models Salary Range: $199,500 - $260,000 a year #LI-MG2 </div
