Job description

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions. Perform wireless site surveys (predictive, active, passive) and capacity planning. Configure and support wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex wireless performance, coverage, and connectivity issues. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of wireless networks.

Implement wireless security standards including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC. Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams on end-to-end network solutions. Provide L3/L4 level support and root cause analysis for major incidents. Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and design documents. Support upgrades, migrations, and new wireless technology rollouts.
