• High School Diploma Required; IT Certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
• Minimum 4+ years of technical support experience
• Previous experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with others & Ability to quickly shift priorities based on client needs
• Excellent fit with ARM culture and values with a keen eye for attention to detail and positive attitude
• Extraordinary care when touching client live fiber networks
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in high density data centers or carrier-neutral colocation environments
• Understanding safety requirements for working with fiber optic cables and electrical distribution systems in a data center environment
• Ability to work in a data center environment for 8-10 hours per day, including standing, bending, and reaching
• Active driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks). <br /
