• Process Associate Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 3 years to 5 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum
• 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in FnA domain in R2R
• Ownership of month close functions like Journals, Reconciliations, Reporting
• Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
• Good Analytical Skills Good to Have
• Experience in R2R Processing
• MS Office skills
• Basic communication skills Job Responsibility
• 100% WFO (work from office)
• Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
• RTR experience required
• Customer service skills
• Well-organized and proactive
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally
• Good listening skills
• Ability to work independently
• Tracking budget expenses
• Attention to detail
• Maintains healthy vendor relationships
• PC proficiency
• Data entry skills
