• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous.

Must Have Skills

P2P Delivery Management, SLAs and KPIs, Team Management, Resource Planning, Customer Management ORACLE ERP, US GAAP, IFRS Service Delivery & SLA Management Team Management & Leadership Operational Governance & Disbursements Oracle ERP System & Process Optimization Financial Control, Closing & Compliance Good-to-Have Skills:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous.

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership, lead, or supervisory role.

ERP Expertise

• Deep, advanced hands-on experience utilizing Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within an enterprise P2P environment.

Core Competencies

• Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and managing SLAs/KPIs in a shared services or matrixed corporate structure.

Soft Skills

• Outstanding leadership capabilities, highly articulate communication, and strong negotiation skills to manage senior cross-functional stakeholders and global vendors.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of internal financial controls, corporate treasury workflows, banking integrations, and global spend auditing. Job Responsibility
