ServiceNow ITSM Developer Location

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management Service Catalog Mobile App Virtual Agent Configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing. Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.

Create SQL and LDAP queries to connect and retrieve data from Oracle, MySQL databases, and Active Directory. Establish repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability. Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards. Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator ./ CAD Certified. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology. Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards. Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Technical Skills

ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration. JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS. SQL and LDAP query creation. Web Services integration. Behavioral Competencies Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork. Ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).
