Key Competences

• Network Infrastructure Expertise
• Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing. Hands-on experience with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting . Understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Infrastructure & Systems Management Strong experience managing on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management (YAML, Ansible, Terraform). Knowledge of server, storage, and virtualization technologies
• Change & Configuration Management
• Ability to enforce strict change control processes. Ensuring all changes are documented with clear delta updates and proper comments
• Leadership & Team Management
• Proven ability to lead regional or distributed teams. Mentoring and guiding network administrators and infrastructure engineers.
• Incident & Problem Management
• Expertise in handling major incidents and outages. Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive measures. Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Security & Compliance Strong understanding of network security, access controls, and compliance standards. Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization Experience with network and infrastructure monitoring tools. Capable to analyze performance metrics and optimize system/network efficiency <span lang="EN-AU" style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;
