Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Delhi-NCR ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Specialist We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Operations Specialist to operationalize and sustain an enterprise-wide Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Configuration Management, Service Mapping, and CSDM governance, with a proven track record of driving data quality, ownership, certification, and operational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and continuously improve the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework. Drive CMDB governance, certification, and audit readiness activities. Ensure CMDB data quality through Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance (3Cs). Partner with infrastructure, application, architecture, and service management teams to maintain accurate service models. Manage onboarding of Business Applications, Application Services, Technical Services, and related CSDM entities.

Establish and monitor CMDB health KPIs and data quality metrics. Support Service Mapping, Discovery, integrations, and relationship governance. Define and enforce CI ownership, certification, and lifecycle management processes. Lead remediation initiatives for stale, orphaned, duplicate, and non-compliant CIs

Required Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow CMDB experience. Strong understanding of CSDM 4.x/5.x concepts. Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, IRE, CMDB Health, and Data Manager. Strong knowledge of ITIL/SACM processes. Experience in CMDB governance, audits, and operational support. Ability to work with application owners, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow CIS-Discovery / CIS-ITSM certification. Experience with LeanIX, APM, ITOM, or HAM/SAM integrations. Exposure to large enterprise CMDB transformation programs

BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
