Role

React Lead Experience: 9 to 12 years Location: Pune Must-Have : 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and AWS development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JDBC, JPA, CRUD operations, and JUnit. Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software projects. Strong understanding of software design patterns, Agile methodologies, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

Java and AWS certifications. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and CI/CD/DevOps. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and application security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Java/AWS development teams. Architect, design, and develop scalable, mission-critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and support team growth. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical documentation and architecture.
