Job description

Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Employee Center, HR Case Management, and HR Knowledge Management. Design workflows, business rules, catalog items, and automations to streamline HR operations. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems and applications. Customize forms, portals, and employee self-service experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
