The Role As an SAP SD Consultant you will be leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Aftermarket and After Sales solutions for a global automotive manufacture in SAP SDr. The role focuses on service parts management, warranty processes, dealer operations, returns management, order fulfilment, and end-to-end aftermarket business transformation, ensuring superior customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements across automotive aftersales, service, and parts operations.
• Design and configure SAP Aftermarket solutions supporting service parts planning and distribution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, dealers, suppliers, and logistics teams to improve aftermarket operations.
• Integrate SAP Aftermarket processes with SAP SD, MM, EWM, TM, and Finance modules.
• Conduct fit-gap workshops and define future-state business processes. </p
