ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. 10+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform. 2. 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM greenfield implementation. 3. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements. 4. Define scalable architecture and technical design for IRM implementations. 5. Review business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical specifications. 6.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards. 7. Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for platform optimization. 8.
