SAP Finance Functional Consultant - SME Skill: Finance and Accounts Experience: 8 to 12 years Location: TCS Noida Shift Timing: AU/NZ time zone and client operating hours Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)​
• Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream - B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter
• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification / proficient Must Have:
• ERP Application Knowledge
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
• End‑to‑end understanding of business flows (P2P/O2C/R2R)
• Act as SAP FICO SME for Finance and Controlling process.
• Work with business stakeholders and business analysts to gather and formalize requirements.
• Configure SAP FICO modules and prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, regression testing cycles
• Support solution design with architecture teams ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Provide effort estimation inputs and support project delivery lifecycle
• Manage change requests, deployment, and hypercare support phases
• Strong experience in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Project Systems).
• Strong understanding of finance value chain in large enterprise environments
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and change management standard Good-to-Have:
• Understanding how modules interact (e.g., Finance, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond your core module
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration programs
• Integration knowledge with third-party systems and SAP modules
• Experience in IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder communication and customer-centric mindset.
